My son Thomas E Burns 17835-003 and ten other inmates were exposed to COVID-19 last week while being transferred from Beaumont Lo to Beaumont Camp. They are now in a fourteen day quarantine. My son is a non-violent white-collar first time offender. Is there any way he can avoid further COVID-19 exposure by being transferred to home arrest after leaving quarantine? I’m on disability, live alone and could sure use the help at home.
